At the Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA's (HCCUSA) Tier 1 Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC), we help entrepreneurs and emerging business owners plan, start, and build successful businesses. 

Our team provides no cost one-on-one advising, training, technical assistance, and connections to resources that help business owners make informed decisions, overcome challenges, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Who We Serve

The HCCUSA Tier 1 MBAC helps entrepreneurs and emerging business owners throughout the Cincinnati Region. 

While HCCUSA brings a special focus to Hispanic business owners, MBAC services are available to all eligible Ohio entrepreneurs. Supported by the Ohio Department of Development, the MBAC program is dedicated to strengthening Ohio's entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting: 

  • Minority-owned businesses, including businesses owned by African American, Latino/Hispanic, Native American, Asian American, and other historically underrepresented communities 
  • Women-owned businesses 
  • Veteran-friendly businesses 
  • Socially and economically under-resourced entrepreneurs
